Upon receipt of such notices, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing or disabling access to the infringing material, notifying the accused party of the infringement, and terminating access to and use of our services for any user or third-party seller who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and associated policies.

We assert ownership of all intellectual property and related rights, title, and interest in our platform, including but not limited to copyrights in the website and related mobile application, as well as the technologies employed to deliver our services. These rights are safeguarded by international and domestic law.

The trademarks and service marks associated with our platform and Red Lily Brand are owned by Simply Prestige Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. Unauthorized use of these trademarks and service marks is prohibited without prior express written consent.
