Intellectual Property (IP) Notice
As we expect others to respect our intellectual property rights, we also acknowledge and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Should you believe that material hosted on or linked to by our platform infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, we encourage you to submit a complaint via hey@redlily.au
Your notice of infringement must include all the following details, for our legal team to review your complaint.
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that has allegedly been infringed.
- Identification of the intellectual property being infringed, including relevant registration numbers and the country of registration.
- Detailed identification of the allegedly infringing material, including information on its location on our platform, enabling us to locate it promptly.
- If the infringement pertains to a design patent, please identify the specific design patent along with its registration number.
- If a utility patent is involved, please provide identification of the utility patent along with supporting paperwork.
- Your full legal name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement affirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
